Wakeman Township Cemetery
Effective January 1, 2020

1. Price of lot- 18’ x 10’- 4 grave spaces.
       Wakeman Township Residents …$2000.00
       Non-Residents …………………. $2600.00

2. Single grave space (in Lot designated by
       Wakeman Township Trustees)
       Wakeman Township Residents …. $500.00
       Non-Residents …………………... $750.00

3. Lot sales limited to one (1) lot per resident
       or non- resident family.

4. Burial not permitted until payment for lot
       is received by Township Fiscal Officer.

5. Markers and/or headstones must be placed
       within the two-foot space allowed and
       placed upon a concrete footer at least
       eighteen inches in depth.
 
6. Wooden burial vaults are not permitted.

7. Dwarf shrubs and cut flowers permitted
       only within two-foot space allowed.

8. No sod to be moved outside of two-foot
       space allowed.

9. Transfer of lots not permitted without
       authorization of and registration with
       Township Trustees.

10. Monument or stone direction needs to be
       predetermined by purchaser with the
       monument company before placement.
